Turmeric Honey Lemon Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Lemon
- Honey
Process
- Simmer water.
- Add tumeric, ginger and cinnamon; stir well.
- Remove from heat and cover for 10-minutes.
- Squeeze in lemon and spoon in honey to taste.
